is there some source or link for saxon9he.jar where the file could be downloaded.

What is the input for page2tei-0.xsl? Is it the produced mets.xml? java -jar saxon9he.jar -xsl:page2tei-0.xsl -s:mets.xml -o:tei.xml Otherwise using mets.xml produces only an empty tei file.
