Create a generic conversion as basis #29

As in Excel2TEI, create a generic TEI (that need not be valid) as basis for later conversion. This needs to take into account the different types of links (see #28) and e.g. w:i[@w:val="0"]. Basically, all styles should be written as hi.

This also needs a second step: combining runs of the same thing that have been split up by Word.
