Please add support for windows 11 and 1.42 cause many users have moved/upgraded

The version for 1.41 also works on 1.42, I just forgot to update the release title. As for Windows 11 it should also work, if it does not, make sure that you have the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable installed. (Direct download link: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe).

If it then still does not work please post your game.log.txt here. (located in: documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/ or documents/American Truck Simulator/)
