Merge commits from archived repo and document status #237

The /rs-ipfs/rust-ipfs repo is archived, but there are still two commits that could be merged here.

And I see in https://github.com/rs-ipfs/rust-ipfs/pull/512 which informs about maintenance status that you are doing "passive maintenance on [your] own fork". Would not it be better to unarchive the original repo and keep maintaining it while clearly indicating that the maintenance "team" changed because most of them moved to iroh?

If we were to do this, I would be happy to document project status on the README.

The two PRs here were merge after I decided to use libipld so they would be irrelevant to this fork.

That message was prior to the publication of rust-ipfs crate itself. There were discussions back then to see who would continue to maintain it but the maintainer at the time MIA for a period which lead me to maintain my own fork and publish a package instead.
