Here we subtracted CHRIS 5K from CKDGen Meta-GWAS on the Overall eGFR of European Ancestry participants.
As CHRIS 5K was part of the meta-analysis GWAS, by going through this operation, we tried to independentize the meta-GWAS result from CHRIS 5K. Therefore, we have can more reliably compare the replication analysis results (variants effect size, P-values, and Minor Allele Frequency) of CKDGen in the CHRIS 10K study.
