1 year ago - We did a phenome-wide scan on the replicated SNPs in CHRIS by using 70 lab biomarkers.
- As we had two instruments for measuring these biochemical traits, we must have previously applied a Quantile normalization, taking the first instrument/machine as a reference.
- Then we completed the mediation analysis by testing the association between the replicated SNPs and these 70 lab traits.
