The TPP: A "Found" Generated Novel

• I present the text of the Trans-Pacific Partnership as a "found art" style generated novel.
• I would argue that a document such as the TPP is created through a process that could easily be described as/in an algorithm. It is certainly heartless.
• I would continue to argue that the participants in this process are not allowed to act based on their human emotions or instincts as they are representing the interests of nation states and multi-national corporations.
• Thus, this is a text that was generated procedurally by what might as well be bots.
• It is my hope that by presenting the TPP as art, maybe someone will actually read part of it and can tell us whether or not it bans the internet :(

@hugovk I'm kind of using "preview" as a shorthand for "there is an excerpt somewhere in the thread", so people who just want to browse snippets can do that. I'm imagining a case where someone wants to look for threads where they don't have to download PDFs or whatever.
