Feat: Add Plasma Heading and use Plasma and Kirigami components #10

Would be good to use Plasma and Kirigami components and follow some of the recommended guideline. With these changes we'll have only one header with the buttons there, like we have in the default Plasma widgets.

Thanks, just tried this and it works great! +1 for changing preferred width/height. Hope this will be merged soon.
