Update "could ride" warning #5

The warning

Unit  1589 Warning : move sw - Could Ride but is overloaded.

needs to be removed.

Alternate solutions include a setting to configure which warnings to display, as well as some sort of "don't display again" or "display X times" configuration.

The issue here is that units with wagons get this notice. It would be useful for cavalry when they are accidentally carrying too much stone, but never for wagons.

An option would be to check for hitchable items and mounts and suppress this warning when they are in the unit's inventory.
