Update "non-leader can't teach" warning #6

The warning

Unit   765 Warning : @ teach 310 - Unit 765 is not a leader or hero

needs to be removed. All units can teach.

Possible alternatives include checking for the engine version and options if certain builds of the PBEM engine support teaching by specific units (none currently known).

I'm not aware of a time this leader or "hero" restriction was in the game, nor a flag that supports it currently.
