create file watcher system to automatically hardlink OR suggest file changes/links

• keep list of already imported files (we inherently do this already)
• only pull directory/file names and present to user before doing ANYTHING

These should allow the user to bulk import thousands or more files from a single, root directory instead of needing to use folders.

This should make it incredibly simple to configure in the torrent program.
