Allow dumping scrollback as transcript

Sometimes, I forget to record a transcript.

Since Gargoyle already has a scrollback, it would be nice to be able to dump it 
to a file.

The scrollback is not a suitable replacement for a transcript because it can be 
cleared at any time by the game. Also, under certain circumstances, Gargoyle 
will silently truncate the transcript for performance reasons.

If implemented this feature would probably take the form of a setting that 
automatically recorded game transcripts. I don't yet know if this would 
interfere with player-initiated transcripts, but I have often wished for this 
functionality.

Would love to see an ability to dump scrollback, and also an automatic 
transcript feature. So frustrating to forget to record a transcript, and be 
left with nothing...
