Move 10.7 version to databases/mariadb-server and -client #1

We should be creating a quarterly updating databases/mariadb-server port and versioned ports for upcoming LTS versions (there's no indication of how often those will appear). I really, really don't want to maintain separate versions every quarter! Heck, it takes way more than a quarter for a new version to even build proper!

Version building is actually going better now. I have 10.7 and 10.8 building and running already. 10.5 through 10.8 has been very consistent with using the exact same build environment, just bumping the version number.

But yeah, getting a meta-port for "mariadb-lts" or something would be nice for those that need it.
