A question about Tera Elin Race2 Remaster #33

Firstly thank you for your work. I want to know how to deal with a custom race called Tera Elin Race2 Remaster. When I use Elin race, the SGO shows it can't work on my character then I can't open the main menu of SGO. Looking forward to your reply.
