[NFR] GME is unusable in a terminal only mainstream OS #14

GME cannot be used on a mainstream OS without a display. e.g Linux distribution with no display attached. Java 11 can be installed via ssh into the linux terminal.

Dear tester,

Thank you for reporting this bug. We acknowledge that this is an issue in our documentation, however, we have downgraded the severity as our target audience of HR employees are unlikely to be using our product in this specific way. It is also reasonable to expect users who attempt to use our product in this way to understand that it would not work. Regardless thank you for highlighting the error as we should have been more specific.
