Update Hide Teammates #45

Compiled and Tested with SM 1.11

  1. Fixed compilation warning: hide_teammates_leader.sp(366) : warning 209: function has explicit 'int' tag but does not return a value
  2. Updated plugin formatting to be more clear and match other plugins
  3. Added new style declaration requirement
  4. Updated translation phrases to be more clear
