Update ButtonWatcher to new syntax #54

-> Update to new syntax -> Fixed several compilation warnings -> Changed #include <entWatch> to #include <EntWatch> to support the new entwatch instead -> Changed the color include to <csgocolors_fix>, the same as Entwatch DZ CSGO
