Music volume distribution #8

Hey, not a big issue but the music volume distribution is uneven

!music 75 or !music 50 sounds almost as loud as full volume

You need to go below 30 to actually listen to a lower volume difference.

Not a big issue but would be nice if you could take a look. Also, if you could, add a !volume command that's the same as !music [!volume 50]
