Update PIL to Pillow (maintained fork of PIL) and add OSX specific guide for data conversion. Pillow was used, because pip package manager doesn't provide PIL anymore.
Only known issues is worldmap.png image generation, but I guess it's a bug https://github.com/darkf/darkfo/issues/20
