Cantata 1.4.0

Open "Preferences" window, switch to "Playback" tab. Note about holding down 
the stop button is outdated.

Not really - the stop button can be enabled. However, for trunk, I have added 
some extra text stating how this may be enabled. Can't do this for 1.4.x due to 
string freeze.
