Cantata can't create certain cached covers #549

Cantata 1.4.1 for Windows doesn't seem to be able to create cached cover 
thumbnails if the album or artist has illegal (for NTFS) characters in it, such 
as ? or " .

Ah, stupid NTFS has more characters it does not like in filenames...

Fixed in trunk, and branches/1.4
