Wish: visible indication for outputs and streaming #552

When I look at Cantata's main window, two pieces of information are not readily
available: Enabled outputs and whether streaming is enabled.

For streaming, an easy solution would be an additional button in the status bar.

Outputs are a little trickier. Depending on their number, they might not fit in
the status bar. However, a dynamic indication of changes by way of the OSD
would be nice. This way, even changes made by other clients could be shown.

I've added a button to control MPD HTTP stream playback to the statusbar.

As to the outputs - no, there's no space. What would be shown? A list of
speaker icons? The menu is easy enough to get to.

Thanks!

For the outputs it would be nice to have some kind of indication what has
happened when I toggle them using keyboard shortcuts. When I press Meta-1, I
know that it affects the first output, but I don't get any immediate feedback
what it does.

Suggestion: After a change to outputs, from within Cantata or from another
client, show an OSD message with *all* outputs and mark the enabled ones in
bold.

Trunk now shows a notification. However, only plain text is used - works better
with OSX notifications. (1.5.0 will support OSX)
