cantata-dynamic: improved systemd integration

I've attached a slightly improved systemd service unit for cantata-dynamic. The 
changes are:

* Run cantata-dynamic as user mpd, group audio (instead of root). This also 
requires that /run/cantata-dynamic is created by systemd as user mpd doesn't 
have the necessary right.

* When cantata-dynamic is started, ensure that mpd is started before it.

I keep my own build of cantata below /usr/local and forgot to change it back 
for the systemd unit.
