witray doen't respect wmii theme #190

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start witray
2. feed it (e.g. pidgin, sonata)

What is the expected result? What do you see instead?
I'd expect the tray to adopt the border- and background color of the rest
of the bar. Instead it has a blue background and a light-blueish border,
which is same as in wmii's default theme, i guess.

What version of the product are you using (wmii -v)? On what operating
system (uname -a)?
wmii-hg changeset 2700
i686 Archlinux

witray reads its theme information once, when it starts. If you haven't written
your
theme to /ctl by then, it'll pick up wmii's default theme and keep using it.
