AcousticBrainz categories not displayed independently #5

If an artist does not have categories in Dbpedia, AcousticBrainz and Moodplay categories are not shown, e.g. Hellfish which exists in Fatoumata Diawara similar by rhythm https://musiclynx.github.io/#/artist/ab8857ca-4f6f-49e6-8f13-4145bcab8693/Hellfish

Method module.exports.get_artist_graph needed to be restructured so that Acousticbrainz and Moodplay links are added independently of whether there are any categories from Dbpedia.
