Installs, But Does Not Work #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Chrome 17.0.963.56 m
2. Install from extensions site
3. Click on icon on browser address bart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not sure.  Never have been able to get it working.  

I've installed it multiple times.  One thing that is odd is the "options" menu 
item on the address bar is grayed out.  When I click on the icon, nothing 
happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
