Dragging attachments not working #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Attachment area just spins.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.80 in Chrome 19.0.1084.56 m  JIRA version 4.3.4

Please provide any additional information below.
I had to uncheck the Enable drag&drop file attachments check box to allow the 
adding of attachments in any way.
