Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'username' of undefined #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open options: 
chrome-extension://afpofdeegmmclngjmadpjaajacebkege/options.html
2. Open Developer Tools
3. Try to add new server: enter url, username, password

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Server succesfully added, but I see the message: "Service Unavailable"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome Version 39.0.2171.65 m
Jira Extension Version: 2.0.1.1
OS: Windows 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
