Inactive Sidebar Icon Colour

Feature Description

Currently, the inactive icons in the sidebar are a muddy teal colour, which does not contrast well against the dark background. I wasn't able to find the right variable to change it in ThemeModifier (NormalBrush, HoverBrush and HighlightGlyphBrush all failed to change it), so I'm thinking it might be hardcoded in.

If so, can I request a change of it to a lighter teal, similar to GlyphBrush? Thank you.

Changing HoverBrush worked; perhaps there was a temporary glitch with ThemeModifier or I forgot to press the 'ok' button 😳
