The Game Media Tools feature to check if an icon is NOT a certain size does not work (false positive) when the icon file is a ico file. I have a ico file at 256x256 pixels for my Batman: Arkham - Game of the Year Edition game's icon in Playnite, and this entry gets flagged as NOT having a 256x256 icon.
