[Steam Viewer] "View in Steam Library" not working #406

Bug Description

All links work as expected except for "View in Steam Library" which does nothing. Was working previously, perhaps affected by a Steam update?

To Reproduce

With a Steam game selected, right click menu > Steam Viewer > View in Steam Library
