[AABS] Lotus sphere doesn't work #1334

I can't use Lotus sphere even there is a mana cost on the item. Also, 300% mana regen seems doesn't work.

We will look at this eventually, although AABS items are meant to be disabled, it was an accident that they were purchasable.
