Still one of the best builds in the game since day 1 of LoD history.
It's simply just too much power both in terms of firepower and map accessability with little to none downside.
It's clear and obvious as day that this should be considered a troll combo.
It even was in my previous gaming platform and community for LoD back in wc3.

It's just downright OP.
Complete access to the entire map with a mana pool easily refilled and tons of firepower with the original kit of Arcane Orb + Arcane Aura.
Combine that with usual stuns and you got yourself the best build in the game.
