Show most banned abilities in banning phase #1458

Requires statistics but at the beginning in banning phase, it should show the most banned abilities amongst players, making it easier for players to know what is the current banlist meta. Should only look back at last 20 days.

I think this will make people ban the same abilities over and over instead of thinking about it. Also old issue which isn't followed up.
