Glaives of Wisdom doesn't work at all #1540

I tested as Silencer and not as Silencer, doesn't seem to work at all. The ability can be clicked and pointed to enemies, and it can be set to auto-cast, but it doesn't use mana, use the projectile animation or do extra damage, seems not to work at all currently.

I remember looking into this, it seems to be randomly working. It needs a fix for sure.
