"Minimum Amount to Activate" setting not working as intended. #21

Currently when the player users use energy setting and they activate the speed hack, it will continue until it hits the "minimum amount to activate" and then stop, it should not do this, it should drain until it hits 0 energy. The "Minimum Amount to activate" is meant to be the lowest amount of current energy that the player needs to activate the speedhack, e.g. if it is 50, and they only have 45, they cannot use speedhack yet, if they have 55, they can use speedhack until it hits zero energy (Currently they can only use speed hack until it hits 50, in this example). image

image This doesnt seem to work at all now. The usage does not go down while the button is pressed, very buggy.

Oh wait, I think the "Recharge per sec" is active even when the speed manipulation is in effect, so if the cost per second is 5 and the recharge is 5, nothing moves, this is incorrect. The recharge effect should only happen when the ability is not being used.

Strangely, holding down any key will make this recharge faster? Very odd bug. Eg, if I hold down P the "current" appears to go up faster or just refresh its view faster, very odd. image
