load_path from sandp.utils doesn't work #24

The reported TypeError is "expected bytes, tuple found". The following image is the complete error message:

Looks like a root_numpy version issue, will install a different version later.

It's working in my environment now, but having a hard time of fixing it for py3 in nilab...
