wont connect #120

Can you describe the problem?

the updater wont connect to my HUD and i cannot get the custom crosshairs

What's your installation path? D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2

Where do you run the Updater from? i run it as an administrator from the
HUD Updater application

 what system do you use? i use Windows 8 64 Bit

Please provide any additional information below.
