Can I use ffmpeg command like “ffmpeg -i /video -f rtsp rtsp://ip/(????) to push the stream to it？ I didn't find any code to get the stream source.

不知道怎么用，这个项目最后更新都是两年以前了。如果你是要实际用的话，找找别的rtsp服务器吧，像ffserver之类的。如果不是急着用或者研究的话你可以看看源码。
