i disabled anticheat, but it didnt help at all, still i get this in server log
: ERROR: SESSION: received unhandled opcode CMSG_MOVE_NOT_ACTIVE_MOVER
(0x02D1). after i cast spell, i can move other players characterm but in his
view, he is standint all the time in 1 place. after spell ends, also position
of player isnt changed but it should to be.

A the end of the time, the sender of the speel is lock on the mind control and
can't move, and the target can attack, but can't move ...
We must tele the target out of the distance of spell for unlock players.

Every NPC is use the MindControl Spell have this bug. After MindControl the
player can't move or something. Only a character relog removes this bug. at pvp
is mindcontrol massive bugusing. sry for my bad english. plz fix is :D

Couldn't we just add a check to remove rooting effects etc after mind control
or reset the state of the character? This is a bug that occurs on ressurecting
in 4.0.6 when i was working on that. It has to do with a couple of the movement
handlers either needing backported fully to 2.4.3 state.
