By lovelol:
Sword Specialization attacks used to be able to proc from themselves. This
resulted in rare bursts where a single swing resulted in several extra attacks
from the talent. In patch 3.0.2, Sword Specialization was given a cooldown of
six seconds so that it could no longer proc off of a proc.
OH WAIT? :x

Dunno if its right but I would guess that Mace Stun and Sword Proc are proccing
on each succesfull melee attack. But they should only proc on white hits, kann

Look at description.
Don't know about sword specc proccing itself, but there's only 0.25% chance of
double proc. (5%*5%=0.25%)
