Fix help screen formatting #56

Describe the bug Help screen description text is really hard to read because the words don't stay in ##columns

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. $ _spartan
  2. Read the help text and be horrified

Expected behavior Description text should align to first word
