After performing a 'set-to-default' action, it would be nice if there was a way to restore the default policy to 'factory settings'

User must have ability to confirm/deny overwrite action
Must provide a means for users to validate the integrity of the restored policy is the same as the factory policy Key Assumption : user has wget installed or has means to get wget installed

Core functionality is done...need to do a little bit of output cleanup
