please add copyright/license/waiver info about the data to the website #2

At this moment it seems that DRP is a not just dark but a black hole where data enters but doesn't come out. Can your data be reused? Please consider using the CCZero waiver for your data.

We are working on making the licenses explicit for individual reaction data in the near future.

This issue has now been resolved in the next release.
