Does not fix ontology issue where compounds do not have single abbreviations associated with them.

Creating a pull request because I'm not sure that it doesn't change how anything works in the querysets file. Tests still work and I can build models though.

Closed- I have pulled this into phi_unstable from whence it was merged into phil_stable.
