File re-structuring #2

Need to reorganize the code base prior to distribution. Things to do:

  1. Separate functions into readable code
  2. Add folder handling to remove user set
  3. Add options for debugging (raw data output)
  4. Class structure added for JSON workup
  5. Update security key and generate a secure setup for this code. (ensures data is only modified by appropriate users).
