Added additional parsing of crystal file to include all of the columns associated with model information. An example file can be seen here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1s_6ULQK3penKElCc-GucXEMdx6_W4okPRwalgtEkry4 (restricted view access on the file, please request permission to view if needed).

The relevant columns added during this patch include 'modelname', 'participantname', 'notes'. These data are now included as _raw_ values in the main dataset.
