In particular, this update aims to resolve the long lasting issue with reporting, access, and storing ‘reagent’ definitions in a manner accessible to an experimental lab.

[x] 1. Append the solvent amounts and identities as an extended column set (eventually the reagent models dictionary) onto the end of the data frame
[x] 2. Ensure extended reagent dataframes are available and indexed as tables (think database migration intermediate tables)
