Per https://forums.fogproject.org/topic/15250/fog-api-add-snapin-run-task-and-then-delete/4?_=1616073605942 It would be beneficial if there was a helper function for deploying a single snapin task.

Created a branch and started working on this. Going to try and make it so the start-fogsnapins function can handle both methods of all or single or a list
