Remove cost field #55

I have some resistance to this.

It seems useful; setting a price to an event is a very common need
It's optional anyway, so if you don't want to use it you can just ignore it
You can experiment with setting the cost in Gaias
I like that it's just a text field and it doesn't assume any currency.

I propose that instead of removing, maybe hide the textbox behind a toggle box. Would be just a UI cosmetic change.

I want to know what is your reasonings and feelings behind hiding it?
